Welcome to Tavara. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tavara website and application (the "Service"), operated by Tavara ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tavara. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. If you are under 13, you may not use Tavara.
Tavara provides AI-simulated practice conversations (interviews, negotiations, debate, and similar scenarios) along with automated feedback on your performance. The AI personas, scoring, and feedback are generated by third-party AI models and are provided for practice and educational purposes only. They are not professional coaching, psychological, career, legal, or admissions advice, and Tavara does not guarantee any real-world outcome (e.g. getting a job, winning a negotiation, admission to a school) as a result of using the Service.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information when creating an account, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
Tavara offers a free tier and paid tiers (Starter, Pro, and a one-time Cram Pass), billed via Stripe.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
The Cram Pass is a one-time purchase valid for 14 days from purchase and is not a recurring subscription.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@tavara.coif you believe you're owed one. We do not guarantee refunds for partial use of a billing period.
Usage limits (session counts, session length, micro-session frequency) vary by tier as described on the pricing page and are enforced as part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of anything you say or submit during a session (your "User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your User Content as necessary to operate the Service — including sending transcripts to third-party AI providers to generate feedback and scores, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated feedback, scores, and personas may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unhelpful at times. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tavara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms or modify the Service (including pricing, features, and usage limits) over time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
